Benefits

  • Rama tulsi: A kind of tulsi (holy basil), Rama tulsi is widely known for its properties in
    improving respiratory functions and in ailments such as asthma, bronchitis, cough,
    flu, sinitis and sore throat. This is the most widespread form of tulsi available.
  • Vana tulsi: A kind of tulsi that is used in food and medications both. Aids in
    respiratory functions and gastrointestinal ailments, vana tulsi tastes like a cross
    between oregano and tulsi.
  • Krishna tulsi (or Shyama tulsi): A variety of tulsi that is quite aromatic and has
    incredible medicinal effects in cleansing the lungs, purifying the body, boosting
    immunity and improving clarity of mind. This is considered holy and grows in few
    parts of India.
  • Echinacea: Echinacea is a plant of which the leaves and flowers are used to boost
    immunity, reduce stress, battle flu and manage blood pressure. It is also anti-
    inflammatory.
  • Ashwagandha: Ashwagandha root powder is an adaptogen that also improves focus.
    Ashwagandha is a complete product used in relaxation and boosting immunity.
  • Mulethi: Mulethi root powder is an adaptogen used in cleansing of lungs, cooling the
    stomach down and boosting immunity.
  • Ginger: Ginger root powder is used for ages to fight pathogen and boost immunity.

Directions for use

  • Steep 1 teaspoon of the tea mix in hot water for three to five minutes. Strain and consume hot or warm. This can be had at any time of the day. For best results, have twice to thrice a day for two months.

Storage

  • Store in a cool dry place, away from sunlight.
